CTO Trevor Dilley brings over 16 years of experience in software development and a proven track record of leading teams to success. Trevor excels in driving the vision for technical investments, keeping the company at the forefront of technology to maintain agility and responsiveness. He is adept at implementing process improvements and leveraging advanced tooling for strategic decision-making, seamlessly connecting the efforts of individual contributors with clients’ C-suite objectives. His leadership philosophy centers on continuous improvement and the crucial role of team motivation and personal happiness in achieving effectiveness.

COO & General Counsel Tom Moseman is a proven leader with over 20 years of experience supporting businesses in every phase of growth and development - the last 15 as an Oregon attorney. Tom has held COO and General Counsel roles both internally and as fractional outside counsel for companies across a wide range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance consulting. Tom excels in the areas of intellectual property, client and vendor relations, systems development, and general commercial and contract support.

Keith Anderson is a 25-year software engineering veteran who has spent 15 years honing his expertise in business systems and product development. Over the past six years, Keith has excelled in engineering management, leading teams to achieve their goals while demonstrating his commitment to innovation and excellence in business, workflow, and data management systems. He possesses a deep understanding of the essential dynamics that empower software engineers to be both successful and productive, enabling him to foster a team culture primed to deliver outstanding results.
